Millennium Information Solution was awarded Best IT integration and Innovative Product category at the African Interest-Free Banking and Takaful Awards 2020 for their new groundbreaking product Tahqiq, A Risk based Internal & Shariah Audit system.

Organized by Al Huda CIBE FZ LLE – UAE, the awards ceremony was held at a hotel in Addis Ababa in Ethiopia in conjunction with 2nd International Interest-Free and Tafakul Forum 2020 which is part of the ongoing International Conference Series for the Development of Islamic Finance and Banking in Africa.

Mr. Mahmud Hossain, Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Shaikh Abdul Karim Senior Consultant, Millennium Information Solution attended the forum as speakers and also received the award on behalf of the company. 

Tahqiq, a Risk-Based Internal & Shariah Auditing System links auditing to an organization’s overall risk management framework and generates an overall health check of the institution. It assists the Financial Service sector to improve operational efficiency, monitor operational and Shariah violence, automate internal audit process, risk-based assessment of the institution and minimize the hassle of manual work and encourage institutions to become paperless to a significant extent.
