THE 18TH GENERAL ANNUAL MEETING OF MILLENNIUM INFORMATION SOLUTION LTD.

Millennium Information Solution Limited who are a subsidiary company of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd (AIBL), approved 6 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2018. The approval came at the 18th annual general meeting of company held at the head office of the company recently, which was held on June 22, 2019.

Niaz Ahmed, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. The shareowners of the company approved 6 percent cash dividend for 2018 financial year. The directors and shareholders of the company Alhajj Abdus Samad Labu, Alhajj Abdus Salam, Badiur Rahman, Alhajj Salim Rahman, Alhajj Engr. Kh. Mesbahuddin Ahmed, Alhajj Md. Liakat All Chowdhury, Alhajj Mohammed Emadur Rahman, M Kamal Uddin Chowdhury, Farman R Chowdhury, Mahmud Hossain (Managing Director & CEO, MISL) and Fokhruz Zaman were present in the meeting.
