EOC Dashboard is a help desk management tool that help Corporate executives to monitor the life cycle of problem tickets created from ESM server like REMEDY, TIVOLI. The unique feature of this dashboard is real time data representation. New and modified ticket with Urgent and High priority are available in the dashboard without any request from user as soon as it is created in the ESM server. User can filter the tickets according to age, status and priority. User can save his filter setting, which will be available during his next login. The Dashboard has the online notification feature for any new and modified tickets.
